Counselling offers you a safe place to talk through difficulties you are having in your personal life or in relation to a workplace situation, with someone who is trained neither to judge nor advise you, but to help you explore and unlock your feelings so that you may examine the ways you think, feel, and behave, and consider your options to find a way forward.
I will not tell you what to do, but will encourage you to find your own answers. Counselling is not the same as giving advice, so I wont be doing this but I will help you discover what you want and need, and how you can achieve this. Through exploring all this with your counsellor, you may find a new way of looking at your situation, and begin to face things with more certainty and less anxiety. This can help you take more control of your life so that you will be be in a better position to make decisions from the choices available to you, and change these things or alternatively to come to terms with things that can't be changed.
